3. What Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request for legal and regulatory compliance:

• Data required for pending disputes or legal proceedings.

4. How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send a data deletion request via email to drivermamu@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your registered phone number and name for verification.
3. Our team will verify your identity and process the request.
4. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of a verified request.

5. Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided in your request. After deletion, we will no longer be able to retrieve your booking history or account information.
