1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Driver Mamu website and cab booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Driver Mamu provides cab rental and transportation services in and around Visakhapatnam (Vizag), including local travel, outstation trips, airport transfers, and tour packages. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or through our website.
• A booking is confirmed only after acknowledgment from our team.
• Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or other accepted digital payment methods.
• Prices quoted are subject to change based on route, vehicle type, and travel duration.

4. Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled trip are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 4 hours of the trip may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full fare.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must behave responsibly and not engage in illegal activities.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Driver Mamu is not liable for lost items.

6. Limitation of Liability

Driver Mamu shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government regulations, or any other force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific trip.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated through our website.
