Hire Driver Terms

1. Driver Assignment
Driver Mamu assigns professional, verified drivers for all bookings. Drivers are employed or contracted by Driver Mamu and must follow company guidelines for safety and professionalism.
2. Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers must arrive at the pickup location on or before the scheduled time.
- Drivers must maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times.
- Drivers must follow traffic rules and drive safely at all times.
- Drivers must be courteous, professional, and respectful toward passengers.
- Drivers shall not consume alcohol or any intoxicating substances before or during duty.
3. Working Hours
- Standard duty hours are defined at the time of booking.
- Overtime beyond the agreed hours will be charged at applicable rates.
- For outstation trips, driver accommodation and meals are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Route & Destination
- The driver will follow the route agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Any deviations requested by the passenger may result in additional charges.
- The driver reserves the right to decline routes that pose safety risks.
5. Vehicle Care
Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle with care. Any damage, excessive dirtying, or misuse of the vehicle will be assessed and charged to the customer. Toll charges, parking fees, and state permits (for outstation) are borne by the customer unless included in the package.
6. Complaints & Feedback
Any complaints about driver behavior or service quality should be reported to Driver Mamu within 24 hours of the trip. We take all feedback seriously and will take appropriate action. Contact us at +91 93981 11244.
