User Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This User Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Driver Mamu ("Company") governing your use of our cab booking services and website.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book our services.
• By making a booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult during travel.

3. Service Usage

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• You agree to be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• You agree to pay the fare as communicated at the time of booking.
• You agree not to misuse our services or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Fare & Charges

Fares are calculated based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and trip type (local/outstation). Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time beyond the included duration.
• Extra kilometers beyond the package limit.
• Night charges (10 PM to 6 AM) as applicable.
• Tolls, parking, and state permits.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Driver Mamu website — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of Driver Mamu and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
